Secret Character

I really wanted to draw an adopt I got today...but for some reason I can't seem to get motivated to do it ;o;

So instead...I painted/drew this lil eevee. I'm not going to say who she is yet, for personal reasons (Only my skype friends knoww), but her eevee state doesn't exist anymore as of now. However, when she was alive, she was known to be one of the most beautiful pokemon in her region. However...with beauty, there is a price to pay.
